The Marketing Communications Analyst will help to enable and implement marketing and communications initiatives and corresponding tactical plan that supports the business objectives of the AMETEK TMC businesses. The person in this role will have a wide variety of responsibilities that will include: Digital Marketing

Implements (or coordinates the outsourcing of) all website content. Uses a wide range of marketing skills to generate leads for the sales team

Owns digital lead management process (SEO or similar) Manages social media channels Creates custom e-blasts for multiple markets

Create and monitor KPIs and KPI goals for lead funnel within CRM platform Tracks marketing ROI including digital marketing spend Owns outcomes for all digital marketing KPIs

Message Development

Works with a cross-functional team (sales, engineering, product management, and field service) to develop new product messages that resonate with the target customers Develops internal and external messaging and communications relating to strategic initiatives, including new product launches

Press & Media

Develops news articles on key initiatives and secures placement in trade and non-trade publications Writes press releases and coordinates their distribution to media outlets with the AMETEK PR team Tracks and reports results of press and media efforts

Content Marketing

Enables and helps to execute the content management strategy and creates and follows a content calendar Creates content and sales support material that may include brochures, project descriptions, case studies, data sheets, web copy, line cards, posters, banners, videos, and all other forms of content that are relevant to the industry Produces quality product photos and videos

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is an experienced communicator and creative problem-solver with exceptional writing and communication skills. This person revels in the highly technical and fast paced nature of precision products and enjoys communicating the values of such products to a diverse customer base. This person will have the ability to work well in a highly collaborative manner with both internal and external team members. This individual will play an integral role in setting, managing, and implementing the marketing communications plans for the business. The ideal candidate will have a take-charge-attitude and courage to accomplish goals in the face of adversity. This position will report to the Senior Manager, Product Management and Marketing, and will interface with corporate marketing leadership. Education and Experience

3+ years of experience in similar business-to-business marketing and communications capacities A 4-year degree from an accredited higher education institution is required. A Bachelor's degree in writing, journalism, marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field, is preferred. Superior communication skills, including writing, grammar, proofing, and editing Strong marketing skills and knowledge of best practices Experience implementing a comprehensive marketing and content management strategy Experience partnering with third parties and consultants on marketing and communications initiatives This role offers a strong foundation for career advancement.
