Responsibilities
Oversee the management of web, email, social, event marketing, and sales-related data
Collect, analyze, and report marketing data to support decision-making and strategy development
Help develop and implement policies, standards, and guidelines to ensure data quality
Analyze business needs and document requirements for marketing data projects and initiatives
Implement and maintain data governance policies and procedures to monitor and manage data across the department
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish data classification and access controls based on organizational and regulatory requirements
Monitor industry statistics and follow industry trends
Seek and provide information to help companies determine their position in the marketplace
Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop branding messages
Identify target customers and markets
Collect and compile customer feedback in an easily reviewed and understood format for review by company management and leadership
Collect and maintain sales records required to track, review, and modify performance of marketing initiatives
Forecast and analyze sales trends, marketing strategies, and product performance; prepare and present reports summarizing information; make recommendations based on analysis
Develop and distribute materials related to sales, training, and marketing
Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding sales and customer service competencies
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and similar software applications
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business, or related field preferred
One to three years of related experience in business, promotional sales, customer service, or related field required
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
Must be able to travel 15% of the time
