As a Social Media Manager, you’ll focus on organic content creation, publishing, and community management for our clients. You’ll collaborate with Strategists to bring social strategies to life, engaging communities and supporting brand goals.
Responsibilities
Develop, schedule, and publish organic social content across platforms
Manage daily community engagement and respond to audience interactions
Develop response matrices for clients’ FAQ’s on social
Support content ideation and editorial calendar planning
Track and report on organic content performance
Stay current on social media trends and best practices
Qualifications
2-3 years of hands‑on organic social media management experience required
Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills
Experience with social publishing and analytics tools
Meta/TikTok experience preferred
Excellent attention to detail and organization
