Quick Overview We’re looking for a
Product & Brand Marketing Lead
to define how BuildPass shows up, tells its story, and wins business in the U.S. market.
As an Australian business, we are on the hunt for someone who can adapt our product positioning and branding for the U.S. construction market and create messaging that resonates with General Contractors and Superintendents in the U.S.
You’ll work hand‑in‑hand with our Performance & Growth Lead in Australia, forming a tight partnership that bridges both hemispheres. Together, you’ll complement each other’s strengths — ensuring that performance marketing, brand storytelling, and product marketing all fire in sync as one global engine.

What You’ll Do
Own Product Marketing globally
Develop messaging and positioning for U.S. and AU markets that resonates with general contractors and builders.
Turn technical features into clear customer value propositions.
Create sales enablement content that helps deals close: pitch decks, case studies, one‑pagers, battle cards.
Partner with product on launches, and GTM strategy.
Shape messaging that drives impactful outcomes for our performance marketing initiatives.
BuildPass Brand in the US and Canada
Lead US brand campaigns and storytelling that build awareness and trust in construction circles.
Drive PR opportunities, media coverage, and thought leadership to establish credibility.
Ensure consistency across website, LinkedIn, events, and collateral.
Collaborate with AU marketing to align brand positioning for US audiences.
Events & Partnerships Strategy
Plan and run US events, trade shows, sponsorships, and industry activations that generate pipeline and relationships.
Secure speaking opportunities, podcast features, and industry visibility for our leadership team.
Coordinate logistics and content capture with support from our junior content creator.
Be the voice of the US Market
Research construction industry trends, customer pain points, and competitive dynamics.
Conduct in‑depth competitor research and develop sales enablement tools to combat this.
Feed insights back to product, sales, and AU marketing to inform strategy.
Help us stay ahead of how the US construction market is evolving.
Leadership & Collaboration
Provide support to junior marketing hires and coordinators for execution support.
Be the escalation point for US brand, product marketing, and event decisions.
Work closely with our AU Performance & Growth Lead across markets.
About You
3+ years in B2B marketing (SaaS, construction tech, industrial ideal).
Experience in startups/scale‑ups; you thrive without a playbook.
Strong storytelling instincts; you simplify complex product ideas.
Proven ability to drive GTM execution and pipeline.
Cross‑functional collaborator: product, sales, leadership.
Comfortable with ambiguity; fast and adaptable.
AI‑curious and tech‑forward.
Growth mindset.
Bonus: Experience adapting brands across regions (AU → U.S.).
