AWS Marketing Technology is seeking a Senior Technology Enablement Manager to drive our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) events technology strategy and adoption. AWS supports thousands of events annually, with a growing focus on ABM marketing programs designed to deepen relationships with strategic customers globally. This role sits at the intersection of technology, business, and GTM storytelling, helping scale our precision events platform across AWS.
As AWS continues to evolve its event strategy to enable targeted, account‑based experiences, we’re looking for a strategic thinker who can work with 3P technologies to onboard enhancements for ABM events, translate complex technical solutions into compelling narratives and drive adoption through innovative enablement approaches. The ideal candidate combines deep business acumen with technical understanding, relationship‑building skills, and creative storytelling abilities.
Key Job Responsibilities
Design and implement comprehensive enablement strategies for precision/ABM event technology solutions using 3P event tooling
Develop standardized templates and toolkits that enable self‑service execution of precision events across global teams
Create compelling narratives and creative content to drive technology adoption and value realization across AWS’s diverse event portfolio
Build and maintain strategic relationships with stakeholders across Marketing and Technology teams
Design and implement innovative approaches to drive engagement (themed learning experiences, etc.)
A Day in the Life AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small‑ and mid‑market accounts to enterprise‑level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world‑class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission‑critical applications on top of AWS services.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Technical Training, Design, or a related field
Experience driving adoption of new and disruptive technologies
Experience communicating research findings and analysis in both written and spoken channels
5+ years of experience in technology enablement, product management, or related field
Experience with event technology solutions or marketing technology platforms
Strong business acumen and ability to understand end‑to‑end business processes
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with event management platforms such as Cvent, Rainfocus, Kaltura, Jomablue
Experience with ABM or precision marketing technologies
Knowledge of marketing and sales systems such as Salesforce, Marketo and AEM
Track record of creating innovative enablement and GTM programs
Experience working with global stakeholders and managing cross‑functional programs
Background in creating engaging content and training materials
Compensation The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500 per year in our lowest geographic market up to $215,100 per year in the highest. Pay may vary based on location, skills, and experience. Additional compensation may include equity, sign‑on payments, and other benefits.
