Digital Marketing Specialist
LaSalle Network has partnered with a leading healthcare client in the northern suburbs of Chicago in their search for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to support the execution of digital marketing initiatives on a contract / freelance, part-time basis (15–25 hours per week) for the next 6 months, with the potential to extend and be ongoing. Hours are project-based and may fluctuate. This ideal candidate will be local to the Chicagoland area and willing to go onsite 1–2 days a week in the north suburbs of Chicago.
In this role, you will be hands‑on in the execution of digital marketing campaigns across web, email, and social media. You’ll collaborate with marketing and cross‑functional teams to support demand generation and top‑of‑funnel growth, engaging audiences such as healthcare professionals, patients, and advocacy groups. The ideal consultant is agile, self‑directed, and comfortable working in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
Execute multi‑channel digital campaigns across web, email, and social platforms
Manage and support marketing and sales platforms including Pardot, Hootsuite, Mediafly, and more
Maintain and update content using WordPress and Salesforce
Track, measure, and report on digital marketing performance
Partner with internal teams and external designers as needed
Support additional tools and platforms (e.g., Meltwater, Vimeo, YouTube, iStock)
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or equivalent practical experience
3+ years of hands‑on digital marketing execution experience
Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast‑paced environment
Experience with SEO, SEM, and paid and organic social media is a HUGE plus
Working knowledge of Pardot, WordPress, & Salesforce required
This position is paid as an hourly rate (W2 only) at $30/hr+ based on experience and qualifications.
