Compensation

$25 per hour; Full-time

Hourly with goal to transition to salary

Schedule

Schedule is Tuesday through Saturday

Tuesday/Wednesday: 9 AM – 5 PM

Thursday-Saturday: 1 PM – 9 PM

Increased hours during peak season November and December

Schedule is subject to change, based on business demand

Evenings and weekends are required for tastings and events

Role Overview We are looking for a hands‑on Marketing and Event Coordinator to support brand growth through in‑market tastings, events, and content creation. This role sits at the intersection of experiential marketing and digital storytelling.

This is an exciting time to join the team as we enter a full brand rebrand and expansion phase. The role reports directly to the Head of Marketing and plays a critical part in how the brand shows up both in person and online.

This position is ideal for someone who loves experiential marketing, content creation, and who is interested in CPG/Beverage marketing.

Tastings and Event Support

Execute on‑premise and off‑premise tastings at retail locations, bars, restaurants, and events

Serve as a brand ambassador, educating guests on product, process, and brand story

Assist with event setup, breakdown, and logistics

Support seasonal and high‑volume activation periods

Represent the brand professionally and energetically in market

Marketing and Content Creation

Collaborate on architecting interactive, high Impact events

Assist with social media content creation including photo and short‑form video

Capture behind‑the‑scenes, event, and lifestyle content during tastings and activations

Support content organization and delivery

Assist with light editing, posting, or scheduling as needed

Help execute marketing initiatives tied to launches, partnerships, and our rebrand

Ideal Candidate

Flexible schedule with ability to

work nights and weekends

“Can Do” Attitude, outgoing, confident, and comfortable engaging with the public

Strong interest in marketing, social media, and brand building

Comfortable being on camera and capturing content on a phone

Organized, reliable, and detail‑oriented

Hospitality, beverage, or events experience is a plus but not required

Key Skills

Strong content creation skills with an emphasis on short‑form video

Videography experience using a phone or camera for social media content

Basic video editing skills for Reels, TikTok, and Stories

Strong eye for lighting, composition, and storytelling

Comfortable on camera and capturing others on camera

Experience creating content in live, event‑based environments

Organized with ability to manage and deliver content efficiently

Creative self‑starter who knows how to make ideas happen
