The Digital Marketing Specialist will be an integral member of the marketing department. This position will play a key role in supporting our franchise marketing and franchise sales teams by managing CRM workflows, email campaigns, and performance tracking. Additionally, this role will assist in B2C marketing programs that serve our nationwide network of franchise owners.
Responsibilities
Manage the franchise website (www.cruiseplannersfranchise.com) to ensure information is always up to date and continually optimize to convert leads
Build and optimize workflows, email campaigns, sequences, and lead nurturing journeys
Segment audiences, manage lists, properties, and ensure CRM data hygiene
Create landing pages, forms, and calls to action; update content and help optimize pages with backlinks and SEO-rich content that support key targets
Collaborate with team members to support lead lifecycle tracking and campaign performance reporting
Develop, implement, and track brand awareness campaigns and franchise advertising – regularly measure performance using HubSpot reporting and metrics
Manage the qualification and distribution of sales leads based on lead scoring and other best practices
Implement, maintain and coordinate marketing/advertising schedule
Maintain solid relationships with industry publications and help team meet deadlines
B2C Marketing Program Support
Help prepare marketing templates, workflows, and collateral for B2C programs
Provide backend support for deployment and analytics
Ensure CRM functionality and marketing tools are optimized for use by our franchise owners
Breakdown of daily responsibilities
HubSpot Management: 50%
Website/Content creation in HubSpot: 20%
Analytics/Research/Reporting in HubSpot: 20%
Have a thorough understanding of HubSpot and how to utilize the platform as well as inbound marketing principles to attract and convert highly qualified leads
Excellent time management including trafficking projects and meeting multiple deadlines
Requirements
2-4 Years of digital marketing experience
HubSpot certification(s)
This is a hybrid role (Remote: Mondays and Fridays, Onsite: Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays).
