Associate’s degree in design and/or certificate in graphic design required; Bachelor’s degree in design or related field highly preferred 2‑4 years of experience in graphic design (3+ years preferred for certain skills) Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Sketch/Figma; strong design tools skill set Experience creating HTML email templates and proficiency in HTML for emails Adaptability and multitasking; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adjusting to shifting priorities and timelines Excellent written & verbal communication; copywriting experience; strong PowerPoint presentation development skills Experience leading creative direction (preferred) Strong understanding of Samsung Wallet product, brand, and UI; ability to align design work with brand guidelines Key Responsibilities

Plan, analyze, and create visual solutions to communication problems. Develop overall layout and production design of publications or web interfaces. Prepare sketches or layouts to present to clients. Create charts and graphs from data provided. Develop creative placements such as banners for marketing campaigns. Draft copy to support individual campaigns and branding. Develop and maintain a library of brand assets and key visuals. Create individual emails and email templates using HTML. Manage creative direction for campaigns and the brand overall in collaboration with the Wallet marketing lead. Develop and enhance Samsung Wallet presentations as needed. Overview

The main function of a designer is to create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on design principles and concepts. A designer needs high levels of creativity, the ability to communicate ideas to internal and external clients, flexibility to client demands, operation under pressure, and strong multitasking skills.
