Platform & Calendar Management Manage day‑to‑day operations of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Collaborate with strategy and content teams to align social presence with brand voice and priorities. Maintain and update the editorial calendar, ensuring alignment across Partnerships, PR, and campaign launches.
Content Publishing & Coordination Schedule and post all content using social management tools. Optimize each post for platform best practices, including copy, tags, and timing. Ensure all photo and video deliverables are complete, formatted, and approved for publishing. Develop talent‑facing campaign roll‑out decks for internal and ambassador alignment. Support campaign roll‑outs and real‑time content moments such as experiential events, collaborations, and ambassador activations.
Community Management Engage daily with followers, fans, and creators to foster a positive, authentic brand community. Respond to brand‑related questions, comments, brand mentions, and DMs in a timely and brand‑right manner. Support influencer and ambassador social amplification efforts by monitoring and engaging with their content.
Social Listening & Insights Lead social listening to identify trending topics, audience conversations, and cultural moments relevant to the brand. Track and report on content performance, identifying opportunities to optimize engagement and reach. Provide weekly and monthly reports summarizing key metrics, learnings, and recommendations. Stay up to date on platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging content formats to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
Content and Social Strategy Support branded content strategists with concept development, shoot planning, content execution on set, post‑production reviews, and deliverables quality control. Support social strategists with brief development, strategy decks, and implementation of social strategy into practice across our channels. Support creator activations with brief development, content reviews, and creator feedback.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in social platform and editorial calendar management, content publishing, community management, and social listening (agency or brand side). Detail‑oriented, highly organized, and process‑driven with experience managing projects of varying size. Proven experience driving strong brand engagement and visibility through social listening and active community participation, ideally for a TikTok brand. Strong creative concepting and storytelling skills with an eye for authentic, shareable content and measurable impact. Deep understanding of creator culture, short‑form storytelling, and evolving social trends. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, manage multiple projects, and collaborate across teams. Calm under pressure, strong problem‑solving skills, and the ability to adapt in real time. Passion for music, sports, entertainment, fashion, and culture. Compensation and Benefits
