Digital Marketing Specialist
AE Digital is growing, and we’re looking for a
Digital Marketing Specialist
to help manage, optimize, and
implement
digital marketing strategies for a portfolio of service‑based clients. If you enjoy blending hands‑on execution with strategic thinking—and love turning data into measurable growth—this role is for you.
You’ll work closely with the owner to build and execute paid search and SEO strategies that drive real business results.
What You’ll Do Google Ads Management
Oversee and optimize active Google Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts
Build and launch new campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy, targeting, and conversion tracking setup
Monitor performance, manage budgets, and continuously optimize campaigns through negative keywords, bid adjustments, and A/B testing
Help develop and implement SEO strategies aligned with client goals and service offerings
Conduct keyword research to support service pages, blogs, and local SEO initiatives
Analyze client websites to identify SEO opportunities, content gaps, and technical issues
Collaborate on and execute on‑page optimizations, including metadata, internal linking, content improvements, and schema recommendations
Support local SEO strategies, including Google Business Profile optimization, review growth initiatives, and location‑based content
Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and site performance, adjusting strategy as needed
Reporting & Insights
Compile regular performance updates for internal review and client reporting using dashboard software
Translate PPC and SEO data into clear, actionable insights and prioritized recommendations
Track progress against goals and communicate wins, risks, and next steps
Work directly with the owner to align paid and organic strategies with client goals
Participate in campaign planning and optimization discussions
Stay current on PPC and SEO trends, algorithm updates, and platform changes—and proactively bring ideas forward
What We’re Looking For
Experience managing Google Ads campaigns from setup to optimization
Hands‑on experience with SEO strategy and implementation (on‑page, local, and content‑focused SEO)
Strong understanding of keyword research, search intent, and performance metrics
Comfort working with analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools
Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines
Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
