LHH is currently searching for a Digital Marketing Manager for a permanent opportunity with our client in the Fort Worth, TX area. This role is ideal for a passionate professional with at least 3 years of hands‑on experience who is ready to lead and elevate all aspects of digital marketing execution. This is an onsite role with our client in the Fort Worth, TX area.
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and growth.
Lead and manage all paid media campaigns, including budgeting, execution, optimization, and reporting across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
Own and execute Search Engine Marketing (SEM) initiatives, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and performance analysis.
Direct all Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts, including on‑page and off‑page strategies, website audits, content optimization, link‑building, and technical improvements to maximize organic traffic.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators for all digital channels, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure ongoing innovation and competitiveness.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record leading paid media, SEM, and SEO initiatives.
Strong proficiency with digital ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.), analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.), and SEO best practices.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead projects and collaborate cross‑functionally.
Ability to work onsite at our client’s office in Fort Worth, TX.
