College of Professions - Operations & Marketing Coordinator

Supports programs within the College of Professions by assisting programs with the development of strategies and the day-to-day recruiting and marketing efforts and operations.
Duties and responsibilities Marketing & Recruitment
Develops recruiting and marketing strategies for programs in CoP, including CoP website and social media.
Develops and communicates recruiting and marketing plans to the CoP administrative team.
Leads CoP administrative team in follow-up with applicants.
Analyzes data to determine the efficiency of recruiting and marketing efforts.
Travels occasionally to Lake Union academies, local high schools, and other recruiting events with Undergraduate Enrollment recruiters.
Supervisory responsibilities Supervises one or two part-time student employees.
Demonstrates strong skills in the use of word processing, email, spreadsheets, databases, content management system (CMS), presentation and graphic design software, and other computer applications.
Interpersonal interactions Reads and interprets documents such as transcripts, bulletins, schedules, and academic documents. Writes letters and correspondence that are grammatically correct and numerically accurate. Speaks effectively to groups of students, customers or employees, frequently making presentations to large groups. Interacts successfully with people from diverse cultures. Has frequent visitors from outside and within the organization.

Experience in recruiting/ marketing.
Strong organization and prioritization skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
Ability to work well in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
Effective communication (verbal and written) skills.
Education and/or Experience Baccalaureate degree or equivalent. In the absence of a four-year degree, a person with less education who has an exemplary work history in higher education and demonstrates the necessary knowledge and skills will be considered.
Reasoning Ability Excellent critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
Must be a Seventh-day Adventist in good and regular standing.
