Your mission
As a
Junior Marketing Manager
at mama health, you’ll play a key role in launching and scaling our services across multiple countries around the world. You’ll work at the intersection of brand, communications, partnerships, and localized execution — helping to build our presence globally and ensuring our message resonates locally. In this role you will: Support
international launches
of mama health services, coordinating marketing activities across multiple regions.
Manage and drive
multicultural projects , working with cross-functional and cross-regional teams.
Build and maintain
partnerships with patient associations , advocacy groups, and local healthcare stakeholders.
Help shape and protect the
mama health brand , ensuring consistency while adapting messaging to local markets.
Manage localization efforts , coordinating with local content teams, translators, and contributors.
Support the creation and rollout of
localized content and communication materials
across channels.
Coordinate with Product, Growth, Content, and Analytics teams to ensure
effective execution and measurable outcomes .
Your profile
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, project coordination, or a related role.
Experience supporting or managing
projects with multiple stakeholders
and parallel timelines.
Exposure to
international or multicultural environments ; healthcare or health-tech experience is a plus.
Experience working with or alongside
external partners
(e.g. communities, associations, agencies) is an advantage.
Skills: Strong
project management and organizational skills , with the ability to keep initiatives on track.
Ability to manage
localization workflows
with distributed content or translation teams.
Solid communication skills and a good understanding of
brand and messaging consistency .
Flexibility
to adapt quickly to changing priorities and market needs.
A strong
output-focused mindset , prioritizing delivery, impact, and results over perfection.
Mindset: Curious, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-moving environment.
Enjoys working across cultures and geographies.
Structured but pragmatic — able to balance planning with execution.
Mission-driven, with a genuine interest in
improving patient outcomes and access to healthcare .
Languages: Fluency in English is required.
Additional languages (e.g. German, Italian, Spanish, French, Portuguese) are a strong plus.
