The Role As a Marketing Specialist, you will support local marketing activities in Poland, based on Suunto’s global strategy and sales targets. Your focus will include—but is not limited to—the following marketing activities:

End-consumer activities: events, trade fairs, community runs, athletes & ambassadors, influencers

Retail & in-store excellence: POS, displays, trainings

Key Activities for the Role

Support the execution of the yearly local marketing plan (brand themes, launches, commercial campaigns), aligned with the global marketing strategy and EMEA Sales & Marketing strategy.

Support the implementation and follow-up of marketing plans across local channels, with a focus on retail and end-consumer activations (events, community activities, partnerships, ambassadors).

Ensure high-quality execution of planned marketing activities with selected top retailers to support sales plan delivery, in-store excellence and sell-through.

Develop and deliver toolkits to retailers to ensure consistency and quality of end-consumer experience across retail channels.

Support the sales team in achieving in-store excellence by providing necessary marketing materials (toolkits, decks, content, POS, training materials, product orders) and by being present in-store when needed.

Manage local POS activities together with the local sales team (production, follow-up and delivery).

Other Responsibilities

Support local event initiatives (organisation, implementation and follow-up), such as media events, product tests, sports events and trade fairs.

Manage local athletes, ambassadors, partnerships and communities.

Provide reporting and progress updates on marketing activities and projects.

Manage your tasks and projects within brand guidelines, budget and deadlines.

Be open to supporting the team on additional topics whenever needed.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Marketing (or related field) and 4+ years of marketing execution experience.

Fluent in English and Polish.

Valid driver’s license; ability to travel domestically and internationally; ability to work some weekends and evenings.

Understanding of the marketing funnel and marketing activity objectives.

Strong communication, collaboration and organisational skills.

Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

Proactive, self-motivated and accountable.

Open-minded and outgoing personality.

Continuous learning mindset; growth- and sales-oriented attitude.

Understanding of the sports/outdoor industry, electronics distribution and the competitive landscape.
