The Marketing Coordinator collaborates with the MarCom Team to support and execute plans and strategies that support the business. The marketing coordinator should have close attention to detail and handle multiple projects at once, responding quickly to needs and shifts in priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Support the copywriting and development of marketing collateral, advertising, press releases, internal publications, landing pages, and other marketing materials, internal and external.
Supporting the Senior Manager in establishing and evaluating a marketing strategy and plan by analyzing and assembling sales forecasts, updating calendars and organizing and planning promotional presentations
Communicating campaign deliverables, objectives and timelines to internal stakeholders while providing instructions for promotion or use
Support in planning and coordinating trade shows, conferences, events and meetings by identifying, arranging and assembling requirements, developing assignments and schedules, coordinating mailing lists and establishing contacts
Maintaining an inventory and directory of sales support materials making sure all resources are accurate and current while coordinating new material creation as needed
Assist with marketing campaign creation, scheduling and reporting
Work with and make minor changes to WordPress-based websites and SharePoint-based intranet pages.
Assist internal stakeholders with webinar and TownHall set up and management
Assist with content creation and scheduling for social media posts
Collaborate and work with cross functional teams and departments to ensure MarCom goals are achieved
Required Skills
3+ years’ experience
Attention to detail, with high standards for accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to anticipate needs and quickly respond
Quick study; eager to learn new tools, processes and systems
Comfortable receiving feedback from multiple stakeholders
5% travel
Proficient with Office 365
Proficient with Adobe CS
Education, Certifications & Licenses
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field
