R25005715**Job Summary**Responsible for the strategy, oversight and execution of cross-functional marketing programs. Execute programs, promotions, and collateral designed to increase sales effectiveness and meet business financial goals. Responsible for identifying and implementing operational process improvements.**Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities*** Creates and manages marketing initiatives and campaigns to drive traffic, increase sales, attract new customers, and retain existing business. Oversees campaign projects and executes on deliverables.* Gathers initiative and campaign performance data, builds reporting to measure ROI, analyzes learnings, assesses information, and provides feedback and recommendations to senior leadership team on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.* Conducts market research to analyze competitors, understand customer needs, and maintain competitive advantage.* Oversees daily department activities and manages creative resources including but not limited to; graphic design, print/paper buying, quoting, invoicing, scheduling (staff, resources, and projects), proofing, budgeting, & reporting.* Collaborates with cross functional teams (Operations, Sourcing, IT, and HR) to ensure timely execution of projects and materials.* Supervises the performance of associates and recognizes, trains, coaches, counsels, and takes corrective action when warranted.**Nature and Scope*** Solutions require analysis and investigation.* Achieves planned results by decisions and actions based on professional methods, business principles, and practical experience.* Manages a group or team of professional individual contributors and/or indirectly supervises support staff.**Work Environment*** Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.* Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.* Typically requires overnight travel 20% to 50% of the time.**Education and Experience*** Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 7+ years of experience in a related field. May require certification.
