A renowned beauty brand is seeking a dynamic

Retail Marketing Manager

to join its growing team. This is a

full-time, hybrid role

based in the City of Industry. The position requires

full onsite presence for the first 30-60 days , transitioning to a

3-day onsite / 2-day remote

schedule thereafter.

Position Overview Reporting to the AVP of Brand Marketing, the Retail Marketing Manager will play a key role in driving brand growth and visibility across all retail channels. This individual will lead marketing initiatives that align with brand strategy, collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Creative teams, and ensure a consistent brand voice across all platforms. A strong understanding of the retail landscape, e-commerce, and digital marketing is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of strategic retail marketing plans across all trade channels.

Partner with the AVP, Brand Marketing to build and manage annual marketing plans, including sales targets, promotional strategies, and advertising campaigns.

Oversee the Marketing team in launching new products, promotions, and brand communications.

Collaborate with Sales and Trade Marketing to develop account-specific strategies and optimize product flow, pricing, and promotional efforts.

Drive digital marketing initiatives, including social media, website development, and online campaigns.

Ensure brand consistency across all customer‑facing platforms and marketing collateral.

Analyze market trends, category performance, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.

Manage brand P&L and marketing budgets in partnership with Finance.

Lead campaign reviews, incentive planning, and new business initiatives.

Guide Creative teams to ensure alignment with brand strategy and campaign objectives.

Work closely with Merchandising and Trade Marketing on planogram optimization and assortment strategies.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in a similar retail marketing role.

Experience in FDM (Food, Drug, Mass) Color Cosmetics is required.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful retail marketing strategies.

Strong leadership, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Deep understanding of e‑commerce, digital marketing, and the evolving retail landscape.
