Affiliate Marketing Specialist
KEVIN.MURPHY is seeking a motivated and results-driven Affiliate Marketing Specialist to accelerate the growth of our affiliate programs across multiple channels. This pivotal role will oversee our publisher affiliate network, our proprietary salon affiliate network, and emerging creator-driven platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the overall affiliate strategy across Rakuten and TikTok.
Manage daily program operations, campaign setup, tracking, and reporting.
Recruit and onboard new affiliates across publishers, salons, and creators.
Partner with Digital, Social, Marketing, and eCommerce to deliver strong creative assets and offers.
Grow and manage our salon affiliate program and align incentives with salon loyalty tiers.
Define eligibility, commissions, and promotions with Sales and Education teams.
Provide salons with tailored creative kits, seasonal content, and ongoing support.
Act as the main point of contact for salon affiliates.
Influencer & Creator Partnerships
Scale TikTok and Meta affiliate programs with high-performing creators and beauty influencers.
Build and nurture relationships with creators, editors, and performance partners.
Create commission tiers, bundles, and trend-based content briefs.
Performance Analysis & Optimization
Track affiliate performance across platforms and internal tools.
Report on KPIs, ROI, incrementality, and channel efficiency.
Recommend data-backed optimizations to drive continued growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with eCommerce, Marketing, and PR to ensure aligned messaging and integrated campaigns.
Manage the affiliate platform relationship and support needs.
Stay up to date with industry trends and platform updates.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2–4 years of hands‑on experience in affiliate or performance marketing, with a strong grasp of Rakuten Advertising (required).
Proven track record in recruiting affiliates, optimizing commission structures, and scaling programs to drive revenue growth.
Experience managing internal affiliate or similar programs is a plus.
Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Excel, Power BI, or similar.
Familiarity with tracking technologies, attribution models, and creator monetization trends.
Prior experience in beauty, haircare, or fashion is a plus, but not a requirement.
