Assistant E-Commerce/Email Marketing Coordinator
Racquetworld.com is hiring an Assistant E-Commerce and Email Marketing Coordinator to help with its continued growth. This role focuses on Pickleball and supports our e-commerce initiatives across six proprietary websites, product merchandising, listings, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the creation, maintenance, and organization of product listings across our e-commerce platforms.
Collaborate on e-commerce campaigns to optimize merchandising and promote special offers.
Use email marketing software (Constant Contact, Mailchimp, Klaviyo) to develop and execute email campaigns.
Engage with customers by responding to inquiries, processing orders, and providing customer service support.
Perform data entry and basic analytical tasks in Microsoft Excel.
Assist with basic HTML coding to ensure website content aligns with marketing strategies.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or PaintShop Pro, and Canva.
Familiarity with email marketing tools (Constant Contact, Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and HTML coding.
Previous experience in e-commerce or digital marketing is a plus.
