Job Description
Insight Global seeks a Senior UX/UI Designer with expertise in UX research, Design Thinking, and user-centered design. This hybrid role combines UX/UI design, product design, and research to deliver intuitive, user‑focused solutions for FinTech and enterprise applications (web & mobile). You’ll influence product strategy through research and create end‑to‑end designs that balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
Responsibilities
Design wireframes, prototypes, lo‑fidelity and high‑fidelity mockups
Conduct and synthesize user research (interviews, usability testing, surveys)
Maintain personas, journey maps, and design systems
Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams for execution
Advocate for user‑centricity in product planning and stakeholder communication
Iterate designs based on usability feedback and analytics
A portfolio is required, showcasing research process, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs. Candidate will review this portfolio with the hiring manager in the first round interview.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelor’s in HCI, Design, CS, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Skilled in qualitative/quantitative research and actionable insights
Experience with enterprise design systems and Agile workflows (Jira, Confluence, Miro)
Strong UX research and design expertise influencing product strategy
Deep knowledge of user‑centered design, design thinking, IA, and interaction design
Proficient in Figma, prototyping tools, and research platforms (e.g., UserTesting)
Familiar with accessibility standards (WCAG), HTML/CSS, and engineering collaboration
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Basic understanding of front end development
Proficiency in AI concepts and practical use of AI tools and frameworks (Claude Code)
Hands on experience with front end development tools (REACT)
