and help shape the future of sports technology. We build great teams, hire the best of the best, and empower people to work in a culture that supports learning, collaboration, and innovation. Hudl has been recognized by Newsweek as one of the Top 100 Global Most Loved Workplaces.
About the Role This position is based in Lincoln, Nebraska and requires three days per week in our headquarters. You’ll develop a sophisticated, multi‑channel approach to customer engagement, beginning with perfecting email campaigns and then expanding into chat, push/SMS, and conversational AI. Your work will link strategy with systems and evolve our program from one‑size‑fits‑all to a segmented, personalized experience.
Responsibilities
Orchestrate and optimize end‑to‑end email campaigns across the full funnel—onboarding, nurture, and re‑engagement—using HubSpot. Translate audience strategies into functional workflows and own accurate segmentation, logic, quality assurance, and reporting.
Act as a HubSpot power user. Manage lists, workflows, and QA to ensure clean, compliant delivery. Create and maintain templates that enable partners to execute campaigns confidently.
Establish internal governance, documenting playbooks and repeatable processes for lifecycle engagement to assess and reduce risk across email strategies and touchpoints.
Support channel expansion by experimenting with emerging channels such as chat, push/SMS, and conversational AI to shape a modern, multi‑channel customer journey.
Collaborate across teams, partnering with marketing managers, sales, and Customer Success Managers to align messaging, sequence planning, and sales email cadences.
Must‑Haves
2‑3 years of hands‑on experience in email and lifecycle marketing, ideally within a SaaS and B2B environment.
Expertise in HubSpot workflows, lists, and automation, with a deep understanding of segmentation, personalization, and triggered campaigns.
Strong quality assurance habits and the ability to spot errors and build repeatable systems for clean, compliant delivery.
Comfortable with metrics and able to support reporting, using insights to improve campaigns and measure results.
Nice‑to‑Haves
HubSpot certification (preferred) or other email/lifecycle certifications.
Curiosity about AI tools and emerging lifecycle channels.
Ability to balance execution responsibilities with enabling others through systems and documentation.
Benefits
Flexible vacation time, company‑wide holidays, meeting‑free days, and remote work options to support work‑life harmony.
Autonomy in a culture that trusts and empowers its people from day one.
Professional development resources and career growth opportunities.
Modern office spaces or the necessary tech stack and hardware for remote work.
Employee Assistance Program and fitness partner PeerFit to support mental and physical health.
Comprehensive medical, vision, dental, fertility, and family‑forming benefits.
401(k) match up to 4% of your contribution.
Compensation The base salary range for this role is $54,000 – $91,000 USD. Salaries in this range are determined by an individual’s experience, skills, and education in line with our internal pay equity practices.
