Marketing Assistant – Part-time (On-site)

was founded in 1968 with the mission of Improving Lives Through Mobility®. Since then, Amigo Mobility has grown to include multiple product lines that provide innovative solutions to meet the needs of diverse markets.
We are seeking a Marketing Assistant who is creative, organized, and detail oriented. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys writing, has experience with basic design tools (such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite), and is eager to support a busy marketing department. The Marketing Assistant will work closely with both our marketing and sales teams.
Duties & Responsibilities
Support the marketing team with planning, implementing and monitoring campaigns
Organize and coordinate trade shows and other marketing events
Manage administrative tasks for the marketing department
Maintain and organize electronic files for marketing materials
Coordinate contracts and projects for outside marketing agencies, advertising representatives, and vendors
Assist with the production of marketing materials and sales collateral
Monitor, analyze, and track marketing campaign performance via Google Analytics, social media reports, CRM data, and more.
Conduct market research to identify trends that influence marketing decisions and content opportunities.
Assist with campaign execution, content creation, and social media posts
Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned.
Skills Required
1-3 years of marketing administrative experience
Strong oral and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Analytics
Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently
Adobe Creative Suite experience a plus
