TOV Furniture is looking for a
Performance Marketing Manager
who will own our paid digital advertising. This role brings our marketing efforts to the next level and works closely with leadership, creative, and e-commerce to drive profitable growth.
What You’ll Do
Build, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta and Google
Own budgets, pacing, and performance (ROAS, CAC, CPA)
Launch and optimize prospecting and retargeting campaigns
A/B test creatives, audiences, and messaging
Brief creative resources based on performance insights
Track and report weekly and monthly results with clear takeaways
Maintain Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and tracking
What We’re Looking For
4–7+ years hands‑on Meta and Google Ads experience
Proven ability to scale ad spend profitably
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Experience with e‑commerce or product‑driven brands
Comfortable owning performance and making fast decisions
