About the Role We are looking for an AV Design Engineer for our Phoenix, AZ branch. The ideal candidate embodies our mission—delivering an exceptional customer experience—and brings strong design skills and problem‑solving ability to the table.
Responsibilities
Design AV signal flows
Create AV design diagrams
Work with existing architecture and electrical framework to design AV rooms
Stay current with emerging AV integration technology
Fit & Culture

Work independently with minimal guidance while asking the right questions when help is needed
Communicate verbally and in writing; serve as the face of our company to clients
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of audio‑visual engineering experience with design of signal flows and diagrams
Associate degree preferred but not required; experience and skill level are also considered
Strong attitude and aptitude—eager to learn and tackle new situations
Must pass a criminal background check and a motor‑vehicle check
