Average income: $48k–$84k+ (based on performance)
$48k for motivated entry‑level consultants; $84k for high‑performing consultants

Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).

Follow our Sales Training and utilize effective communication skills to assist residential customers with their home organization needs.
Requirements
No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed.
Coachable candidates eager to learn.
Growth mindset with willingness to complete 16‑week paid sales training.
Reliable access to a motor vehicle, with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
Ability to work in a business professional environment.
Basic computer and math skills.
