Position Overview
Brunswick Corporation seeks a Creative Services Project Manager to join our creative team.
In this role you will lead the overall creative project management process while acting as the main point of contact for various creative projects between brand and retail partners.
Essential Functions
Create project plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.
Act as the main point of contact between marketing departments (clients) and the creative services team.
Engage with the client to gather information and understand the overall direction of the campaign and creative requests.
Ensure cross‑functional team alignment, maintaining consistent communication with all team members, from assigned resources to stakeholders and leadership.
Proactively plan strategies to mitigate project risks involving resource management and identifying project blockers.
Keep projects on track through workflow management, clear task lists and due dates, status reports, and meeting notes.
Develop, maintain, and communicate project milestones to drive on‑time delivery and alert team members of project delays.
Evaluate designer and copywriter workloads and assess proper resource allocations.
Process new project intake request forms and consult with clients to offer project enhancements as needed.
Assist in proofing copy and design as needed.
Engage with the client to gather information and understand the overall direction of the campaign and creative request.
Required Qualifications
Expert organizational skills and strong ability to multitask.
Outstanding communication skills.
Knowledge of project management processes, workflow, and terminology.
Experience working in Adobe Workfront project management software (1–3 years).
Ability to function independently in a fast‑paced environment under tight deadlines.
Experience working across brand and retail channels.
Ability to foresee project crises and lead while strategically solving them.
6+ years of experience in an advertising/marketing agency or in‑house marketing department preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or Advertising preferred.
Working Conditions
Hybrid
Salaries & Benefits Anticipated pay range: $84,500–$136,100 annually.
Base pay may vary based on experience and location.
Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
