Our growing team is seeking a creative and passionate Mechanical Designer II to create new and effective design solutions that improve our users' lives. You will collaborate with the project engineer and others to develop appealing, user‑friendly designs. Benefits

Plan and sketch mechanical and plumbing systems, including ductwork, piping, sanitary systems, domestic water, and medical gas. Design plumbing, ductwork, sanitary, medical, compressed air, natural gas, and water heating systems. Develop and analyze design concepts with engineers. Determine design feasibility based on safety, function, and serviceability. Use Revit to create comprehensive drawings, plans, and sketches. Produce construction documentation and manage sporadic submissions. Collaborate with different disciplines to achieve design integration. Visit sites and conduct field research. Optimize routing and system sizing. Demonstrate expertise in CAD software. Salary Range

$60,000 – $95,000 Work Environment

This position requires working in an open office setting. Qualifications

Health‑care experience essential. ABET‑accredited engineering bachelor’s degree. Working toward professional license (PE) after passing Fundamentals of Engineering Exam (FE). Over 4 years as a mechanical designer. Computer skills: Revit, AutoCAD MEP, MS Office, Trane TOPSS, Trace 3D. Travel

Up to 10% depending on project.
