Responsibilities
Develop creative and appealing packaging concepts and designs for new seasonal collections, interpreting themes through the brand lens.
Clearly communicate design ideas and collaborate closely with the broader design team to evolve and execute concepts.
Interpret feedback quickly and deliver timely revisions in a fast‑paced environment.
Act as an idea generator and self‑starter, contributing proactively as a collaborative team player.
Work confidently on high‑volume programs, maintaining agility and a flexible mindset to pivot on feedback and adapt to evolving priorities.
Stay passionately committed to awareness of current fashion and beauty market trends to inform design choices.
Apply an expert eye for color to all design projects.
Deliver precise product designs and technical turnovers with speed, agility, and acute attention to detail.
Communicate effectively with external partners to produce accurate 3D prototypes.
Embrace constructive feedback with a positive attitude to continuously refine and improve designs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in design, graphic arts, or equivalent practical experience.
7+ years of design experience in a comparable packaging or graphic design environment.
Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of packaging and graphic design projects and concepts.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and ensure quality execution with meticulous attention to detail.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Deep understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout principles.
Solid knowledge of print production processes and materials.
Proven proficiency in creating mock‑ups and prototypes to visualize packaging concepts.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale effectively.
Collaborative mindset with a team‑oriented approach.
Passion for and knowledge of current design trends and consumer markets.
