We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven SEO & Web Performance Specialist to optimize our website performance, improve search engine rankings, and enhance user experience in a fully remote capacity. This position is open exclusively to candidates residing within the United States, and applications from outside the U.S. will not be considered.
The ideal candidate will combine technical SEO expertise with web performance optimization skills, data analysis, and digital marketing insight. The role requires collaboration with content, marketing, and development teams to implement strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and implement on-page and off-page optimization strategies
Monitor, analyze, and report on website performance, traffic, rankings, and conversion metrics
Optimize website speed, responsiveness, and user experience across desktop and mobile platforms
Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to align SEO and web performance strategies
Research and implement keyword strategies to improve organic search visibility
Track, analyze, and report website KPIs, using insights to inform optimization strategies
Ensure compliance with SEO best practices, web accessibility standards, and search engine guidelines
Perform A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and technical SEO enhancements
Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and algorithm updates in SEO and web performance
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field preferred
Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, Web Performance Analyst, or similar role
Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console)
Strong understanding of web technologies, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website optimization techniques
Experience with website content management systems (CMS), especially WordPress
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment
Must reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with paid search and digital marketing campaigns
Knowledge of server-side performance optimization (e.g., caching, CDN, server configuration)
Familiarity with schema markup, structured data, and technical SEO best practices
Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or SEO-related programs
Compensation:
Annual Salary: $70,000 – $95,000 USD, commensurate with experience and qualifications
