automotive aftermarket sector , is seeking a

Sales & Trade Marketing Specialist .

Scope of Role Drive sales growth and strengthen market presence across Greece & Cyprus by developing customer relationships, executing trade marketing activities, and supporting the commercial expansion of a diverse automotive spare parts portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Support the achievement of monthly and annual sales targets while implementing the commercial strategy in the assigned market.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and long‑term cooperation.

Conduct regular customer and field visits (e.g., workshops, retailers, independent branches) to promote product lines, share technical insights, and support market development.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and promotional strategies to identify risks and new opportunities.

Develop and support customer assortments, sales programs, trade marketing initiatives, and promotional activities.

Participate in the organization of events, fairs, presentations, and training sessions.

Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, logistics, finance, customer support) to resolve issues and improve service delivery.

Maintain up-to-date CRM information, prepare visit reports, and provide regular updates on sales performance and business insights.

Contribute to market intelligence activities by gathering feedback from the field and supporting data collection projects.

Qualifications

Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

At least 3 years of experience in sales or trade marketing.

Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

Strong understanding of automotive spare parts and product characteristics.

Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and organizational skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor market trends and convert insights into actions.

Proficiency in CRM systems.

Willingness to travel.
