We’re looking for a Sr. Paid Media Strategist, someone who’s ready to grow with our company. In this position, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing cross-channel media plans with a focus on television and out of home for the organization, including, but not limited to, brand, service line, research, philanthropic, health plan, and Austin market campaigns. The Paid Media Strategist leverages expertise in traditional media buying, vendor relationship management, and frequently collaborates with integrated channel partners.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Develops cross-channel media plans with a primary focus on TV and OOH across local and national markets

Utilizes tools such as Comscore, Strata, and station/vendor platforms to forecast, place and evaluate media

Develops and maintains strong relationships with TV stations, OOH vendors, rep firms, and platform partners

Negotiates rates, packages, and added value to maximize efficiency and campaign impact

Stays informed on new market opportunities, inventory changes, and industry trends

Oversees trafficking, proof-of performance, delivery tracking and makegoods

Manages full billing workflow including invoice reconciliation and resolution of discrepancies

Prepares reports with insights, optimizations, and forward-looking recommendations

Skills & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing/advertising, journalism, healthcare, hospitality/events or related field required

Master’s degree in business administration, health administration, or MS in related field preferred

3 years of traditional media planning and buying experience required and experience with industry-standard buying tools such as Comscore, Strata Extreme Reach, or other related buying tools required

Local and national buying experience preferred

Prior agency and/or healthcare experience preferred
