Your role will be to define solutions that elevate the guest booking experience across Agoda's products.

What Product Design Looks Like at Agoda As a product designer, you'll collaborate with a product manager, 6‑8 engineers, researchers, and cross‑functional partners. Together, you'll drive your segment of Agoda, deliver solutions to challenges, and gather feedback directly from customers and internal stakeholders.

Role in the CEG Team The Customer Experience Group (CEG) at Agoda is our dedicated support team, focused on providing assistance and solutions for booking‑related inquiries. As the primary point of contact for our customers and partners, the CEG ensures a seamless and satisfactory experience. As a designer on the CEG team, you'll drive great UX while meeting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Run discovery phases and help define product requirements.

Test prototypes and hypotheses with users to collect feedback.

Present your work to peers and leadership, both asynchronously and in‑person.

Participate in weekly design critiques, workshops, all‑hands, and squad meetings.

Think and write about your process, detailing your decisions.

Champion cohesion and consistency in UX design that unites a growing family of products/features.

Be a strategic leader with a vision for implementing experiences that represent the most customer‑centric intersection between design, business, content, and technology.

Product Designer at Agoda Means You Have a Track Record Of

Driving discovery and ideation workshops, aligning the team around a vision and approach.

Crafting sophisticated flows and customer journeys.

Thinking and crafting at a system level, not just interface elements or pages.

Regularly using soft skills: listening, negotiating, decision‑making.

Balancing multiple priorities and successfully delivering in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

5+ years of full‑time experience as a UX/Interaction designer for digital or web‑based products; in‑house designer experience highly preferred.
