Manage fashion studio’s daily operations: detailed, organized, strong communication skills and results oriented.
Plan and lead Operational Calendar for the office
Open and close the studio daily (M-F)
Manage and order supplies for studio
Manage maintenance of studio
Shipping & fulfillment for webstore orders
Manage daily shipping from office with FedEx, UPS, DHL and USPS
Liaison with Public Relations to manage and monitor inventory and loaning of garments for PR, and any gifting
Manage shipping of collection and loans for stores and markets
Manage office social events, group outings, and activities
Manage internal photoshoots, special projects, and runway shows
Build style‑out packs for photoshoots
Travel required.
