Senior Experiential Marketing & Events Specialist The Senior Experiential Marketing & Events Specialist is responsible for the strategy and execution of the Bell Brand Experience as it relates to trade shows, special events, conferences, protocol, meeting planning, and other key engagements. By managing all customer and brand interactions, the specialist fosters loyalty through high‑quality experiences, improving customer satisfaction and positioning the brand at world‑class levels.
What You’ll Be Doing
Execute global brand experiences on behalf of Bell’s Commercial Sales business, including trade shows, conferences, M&O events, specialty events, protocol meetings, and event tracking.
Lead financial management for global brand experiences, handling forecasting, budget tracking, billing, and invoice submissions.
Partner with marketing, sales, communications, service, and other departments to define and refine customer engagements, delivering integrated brand experience programs worldwide.
Brainstorm new ways to delight customers, employees, and stakeholders, providing creative solutions that build prosperity and brand loyalty.
Proactively review standards for superior brand experience across all customer visits, events, conferences, and tradeshows.
Analyze brand touch points and contact channels to gather, track, and trend customer feedback, using the data to implement engagement improvements.
Evaluate and report performance against business goals, measuring the success of initiatives.
Develop and maintain an annual trade show and events calendar, overseeing detailed project plans for all trade shows and events.
Provide guidance on design and brand input for trade show booths and other engagements.
Plan and organize attendee logistics, including catering, hotel space, room size, A/V, transportation, and material distribution.
Plan and execute on‑site client visits and events, collaborating with internal stakeholders.
Manage day‑to‑day operations of brand experience projects, identifying resources and responsibilities.

Ability to manage high volume of tasks and deliverables.
What You Need to Be Successful
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in event planning (trade shows, conferences), customer experience management, or customer visit coordination.
Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and Monday.com.
Willingness to travel at least 30%—domestically and internationally as required.
Certified Trade Show Marketer (CTSM) preferred.
