Handle resident concerns and rent collection
Market the community and promote occupancy
Lead and supervise site staff
Requirements
Property management experience
Demonstrated leadership abilities
Budgeting experience
Customer service mindset
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to obtain a Real Estate Salesperson License (paid for by the company)
