We are looking for an experienced B2B Marketing Senior Strategist to drive integrated marketing programs that connect brand positioning with demand generation at Accenture Song, the agency arm of Accenture that accelerates growth and value for our clients through sustained customer relevance.
Who You Are We are seeking a B2B Marketing Senior Strategist to develop and execute global campaigns, aligning marketing strategy with business objectives, and ensuring consistency across channels and functions. The ideal candidate brings end‑to‑end B2B expertise across content strategy, campaign orchestration, and marketing technology and thrives in a highly cross‑functional environment.
The Work
Design and manage integrated B2B marketing campaigns from planning through execution, aligning brand and demand objectives.
Translate business priorities into messaging frameworks, content roadmaps, and campaign plays that resonate with enterprise buyers.
Partner with product marketing, sales, and operations to ensure go‑to‑market alignment and measurable impact.
Build and evolve content strategies that support the buyer journey— from awareness through purchase and renewal/up‑sell.
Ensure messaging is consistent, differentiated, and scalable across regions and business units.
Collaborate with creative teams, agencies, and subject matter experts to deliver impactful assets.
Leverage marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools to deploy, track, and optimize campaigns.
Partner with operations teams to define KPIs, pipeline influence, and reporting frameworks.
Use data to continuously improve campaign performance and demonstrate marketing’s contribution to revenue.
Act as a connector across product, brand, sales, and demand generation teams, ensuring campaign execution is aligned and integrated.
Support sales enablement with campaign toolkits, playbooks, and account‑level insights.
Work closely with regional marketing teams to adapt global strategies for local execution.
Here’s What You’ll Need
7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, integrated campaigns, or demand generation (enterprise or technology background preferred).
3+ years of experience with content strategy, buyer journeys, and campaign orchestration.
3+ years of experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Eloqua, Demandbase, 6sense).
Bonus Points If
Excellent project management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and tie marketing activity to pipeline and revenue impact.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
