Design Detailer - Semiconductor Pedestals

Responsibilities & Duties
Create 3D models from 2D drawings in SolidWorks.
Accurately detail in accordance with materials and verify product costs to determine the best product selections.
Prepare shop drawings and CAD files required for internal and external production needs.
Work with PMs to submit RFIs as needed.
Track and follow up on information and schedules.
Review drawings and models for errors or options that may affect the project before production.
Believe in continuous improvement and strive to become better.
Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Self‑starter with a proactive approach.
Maintain a customer‑oriented attitude, mindful of impacts and providing required information and quality work.
Send files/drawings to PM to coordinate production.
Other duties as required by the location manager.
Qualifications
2‑3 years of job‑related experience; degree preferred but not required.
Proficient in SolidWorks, Autodesk products and Revit.
Ability to interpret meticulously detailed blueprints and plans.
Experience with Microsoft Office, BIM360 and SolidWorks.
Knowledge of steel fabrication procedures and detailing standards preferred.
Detail‑oriented, deadline‑conscious, goal‑driven, able to work under pressure and in a fast‑paced environment.
Accurate mathematical skills required.
Experience with PowerFab is a plus.
Experience with Vista software is a plus.
