What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Lead the rapid prototyping of new gameplay systems and features for an online multiplayer RPG

Collaborate with design, engineering, and technical art teams to ensure the design vision is technically sound

Design, implement, and iterate complex gameplay features using Unreal Engine Blueprints and other scripting tools

Mentor team members on technical design best practices and Unreal Engine workflows

Define and document technical standards for design-created content

What is Required (Qualifications)

8+ years of professional game design experience with a focus on technical design

Experience on at least one successfully published large-scale multiplayer online game title

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (Computer Science, Game Design) or equivalent work experience

Expert-level proficiency with Unreal Engine, particularly Blueprints

Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

A passion for online multiplayer RPGs

Deep experience with online games and live-service games

Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in online gaming
