Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of mechanical systems for commercial buildings.
Collaborate with project teams to develop design concepts and deliverables.
Utilize software such as Revit to create detailed design drawings and specifications.
Conduct design reviews and coordinate with other disciplines to ensure integration of mechanical systems.
Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on best practices in mechanical design.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in a commercial setting.
Strong proficiency in design software, particularly Revit.
Knowledge of MEP systems and engineering principles.
