About Prospect Future Prospect Future is a boutique, owner‑operated marketing agency based in Fort Collins, CO. Our mission is to empower individuals and organizations to grow with integrity, leveraging strategic clarity and excellence to create meaningful, lasting impact.

We are actively expanding our brand presence through original content, thought leadership, community involvement, and strategic visibility. This includes integrating content from On The Redge—a separately branded podcast focused on leadership, business, and personal growth—which plays a key role in generating founder‑led content for both Matthew’s personal channels and Prospect Future’s platforms.

This role supports Prospect Future, Matthew Regenie, and On The Redge content output. It does not include client content creation.

About the Role We’re hiring a Content & Community Growth Specialist to lead video production and social content creation across Prospect Future, Matthew’s personal channels, and the On The Redge podcast. You will regularly prepare prompts or topic lists, film Matthew, edit short‑ and long‑form content, schedule posts, and maintain consistent weekly output. You will also support the filming of On The Redge episodes, capturing footage that becomes short‑form clips used across multiple platforms.

Alongside production, you will help strengthen business growth by representing the brand in the community, engaging with people in person, attending local events, and contributing to prospecting efforts rooted in relationship‑building—not cold calling or cold email.
