Content & Community Growth Specialist (Part‑Time, In‑Person)
Location : Fort Collins, CO – In Person Schedule : 2–3 days per week (≈14–21 hrs/week), with extra time for podcast filming as needed Pay : $20.00 – $23.00 per hour

We are actively expanding our brand presence through original content, thought leadership, community involvement, and strategic visibility. This includes integrating content from On The Redge—a separately branded podcast focused on leadership, business, and personal growth—which plays a key role in generating founder‑led content for both Matthew’s personal channels and Prospect Future’s platforms.
This role supports Prospect Future, Matthew Regenie, and On The Redge content output. It does not include client content creation.
About the Role We’re hiring a Content & Community Growth Specialist to lead video production and social content creation across Prospect Future, Matthew’s personal channels, and the On The Redge podcast. The core objective is clear: produce high‑quality content and community engagement efforts that help Prospect Future attract new business and expand brand visibility.
You will regularly prepare prompts or topic lists, film Matthew, edit short‑ and long‑form content, schedule posts, and maintain consistent weekly output. You will also support the filming of On The Redge episodes, capturing footage that becomes short‑form clips used across multiple platforms.
Alongside production, you will help strengthen business growth by representing the brand in the community, engaging with people in person, attending local events, and contributing to prospecting efforts rooted in relationship‑building—not cold calling or cold email.
This role blends creative execution with in‑person presence and positive interaction, making it an important part of Prospect Future’s growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Film and produce short‑ and long‑form video content
Prepare outlines, prompts, questions, or talking points for filming sessions
Edit short‑form videos for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Edit long‑form podcast clips or highlight reels for distribution across all platforms
Organize footage and manage content libraries
Support On The Redge podcast filming (camera setup, recording, logistics)
Plan, write, and schedule posts for Prospect Future and On The Redge
Maintain a consistent and strategic content calendar
Repurpose long‑form footage into multiple short‑form pieces
Create occasional static posts, carousels, or simple graphics
Engage with audiences across social platforms (comments, replies, strategic interactions)
Attend local events, meetups, and gatherings as a representative of Prospect Future
Interact with the community in a friendly, professional, and approachable manner
Support relationship‑based prospecting efforts—not cold outreach
Identify opportunities for collaborations, brand visibility, and organic growth
Collaborate with Matthew on content direction, messaging, and creative approaches
Identify strong themes, narratives, and formats for founder‑led content
Help evolve the brand presence across digital and in‑person touchpoints
Maintain visual and tonal consistency across all content streams
What We’re Looking For Required
Strong capability in video filming and short‑form editing (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
Comfortable filming a founder, giving direction, and managing production days
Experience managing or creating content for social media platforms
Strong writing ability for captions, posts, prompts, and storytelling
Comfortable talking with people in person, engaging with the community, and representing the brand with a positive and professional attitude
Ability to contribute to business growth through relationship‑based prospecting and in‑person interactions
Organized, self‑directed, and able to maintain consistent content outputComfortable working onsite and coordinating regular filming sessions
Nice to Have
Graphic design experience (Canva or Adobe)
Familiarity with podcast production, audio/video setup, or multi‑camera workflows
Experience supporting a personal brand or founder‑led content
Background in networking, events, or community‑focused roles
Strong awareness of social trends, formats, and storytelling techniques
