We are ODAA (Oh-Dah)! We are an exciting, design-focused Architecture and Interiors practice spanning both the commercial and residential sectors based in DTLA. We have a strong collaborative culture that fosters creative energy and design solutions that all team members are a part of. We are currently seeking a motivated

Architect/ Architectural Designer lll

with experience across commercial and residential, including single-family custom residential to fulfill a full‑time position. We want someone who is excited about design, who wants to be part of a great team, who is eager to learn, who is motivated to push themselves, and wants to be part of getting projects built.

We are looking for someone that meets the following:

Masters of Architecture degree.

8-12 years of experience practicing architecture.

Experience in all project phases, coordination with consultants, interaction with clients and project managers, and site related experience.

Strong design and visualization skills with the ability to combine into graphic presentations.

Strong 3D modeling skills in Rhino/Revit/Sketchup to be able produce presentation level imagery.

Strong technical material specification and detailing skills.

City permitting experience.

Interior Design experience is a bonus.

Clear and open communication.

Self-motivated on assigned and unassigned tasks.

Willingness to learn.

Collaborative.

Can work on multiple projects/task simultaneously.

Can manage fast-paced deadlines.

Strong organizational abilities.

Has software proficiency in Revit, Enscape (or similar), Adobe Suite, and Bluebeam.

Must live in Los Angeles and be eligible to work in the United States.

Professional duties include, participation in the conceptual design and provides full support throughout the entire project. Liaises with clients, project managers, other architects, consultants, and contractors. Develops and represents lead technical viewpoint on projects. Coordinates with the director and department head on appropriate technical solutions and product strategies.

Remote. Currently, ODAA offers remote access every Friday. The remainder of the week is expected to be in person in our studio in DTLA.
