We are seeking a talented and motivated Website Developer/UI-UX Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly website designs, while also ensuring that all technical aspects of the website are optimized for speed, functionality, and user experience. This role will require a combination of technical skills and creative design capabilities, with a strong focus on usability and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Develop and design user-friendly and visually appealing websites, landing pages, and other digital assets Work closely with the marketing team to understand business needs and user requirements Design and implement effective navigation and user interface solutions Optimize websites for speed, functionality, and SEO Collaborate with developers to ensure all technical aspects of the website are optimized for user experience Conduct user research and testing to improve website usability and customer satisfaction Maintain and update existing websites to ensure they are up-to-date and functional Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and emerging technologies to continually improve website designs and functionality Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Design, or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience in website design and development, with a focus on UI-UX Expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as experience with WordPress and other CMS platforms Strong understanding of web design principles, including color theory, typography, and layout design Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and other design software Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization techniques Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits packages.
