About the role
This isn’t a “keep Discord active” job. You’ll own the spaces where real money moves - traders putting on $50M NASDAQ shorts in one clip - and ensure they feel supported, informed, and connected. You’ll manage both VIP channels and in-person experiences that reinforce trust and belonging among serious traders. You’ll have the budget and autonomy to do this properly. What you’ll lead
VIP trader channels You run the room. You know who’s sizing up, who’s cooling off, and why
Discord ops & moderation Structure, roles, rules, and velocity — all yours
IRL experiences Poker nights, trading competitions, private dinners — curated, not crowded
Signal capture Wins, flow, frustration → clean feedback into GTM + product
Trader retention plays Personal touches that bring big users back
