Senior Product Designer – Direct Issuance

Location: Hybrid (3 days in office/2 days remote) – New York, NY What You’ll Do
Reimagine the design paradigm for rights holders, turning complex inventory workflows into intuitive experiences. Create novel solutions that enable zero‑effort distribution, universal and intelligent ticketing across event types. Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to define strategic investment areas and priorities. Contribute to vision‑driven work while executing near‑term iterations that move the product forward. Advocate for design excellence, ensuring usability, accessibility, and brand expression remain non‑negotiable. Help evolve Bros, StubHub’s design system, expanding its capabilities for high‑quality experiences. What You’ve Done
5+ years of professional experience as a product designer, with at least 2 years leading large‑scope design projects. Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Interaction Design, or related field, or equivalent experience. Proven experience delivering Consumer SaaS products to market. Experience designing for products powered by agentic models or intelligent assistants. Portfolio showcasing intuitive, effective solutions for highly complex workflows. Design experience across desktop, Android, and iOS platforms. Proficiency in leveraging quantitative and qualitative insights to inform design decisions. Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, iterative product development process. Exceptional skill in design and prototyping tools. Mindset That Excels At StubHub
