You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers and assist with light marketing tasks to help boost our brand presence. No prior roofing experience needed—just bring your positive attitude and we’ll provide the training.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and online inquiries

Provide friendly, professional, and solution‑focused customer support

Schedule appointments and assist customers throughout the service process

Update customer records and track communication using CRM and digital tools

Assist with light marketing tasks including social media updates, follow‑up campaigns, and online reputation management

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in every interaction

Qualifications

Strong customer service skills — this is the top requirement

Comfortable speaking on the phone and communicating clearly

Tech‑savvy and quick to learn new software tools

Highly organized with attention to detail

Positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn

No roofing knowledge required — we provide full training

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required

$16–$20/hour based on experience
