Overview We are looking for a Test Designer to join a diverse, international team working in the vehicle leasing industry. In this role, you will ensure that software testing is thorough, systematic, and aligned with the organization’s test strategy. You will contribute to test strategy creation, perform test analysis, define and automate test cases, and oversee test execution to ensure requirements are fully covered.
Responsibilities
Lead Three Amigos ceremonies to define acceptance criteria
Perform test analysis and help produce test plans (objectives, campaigns, execution conditions)
Use business knowledge to prioritize and ensure relevance of test processes
Design and produce test baselines (test cases, datasets, campaigns, follow-up)
Build and research physical datasets
Automate test cases using internal frameworks and standards
Oversee test execution, investigate anomalies, and produce test evidence
Monitor progress in resolving anomalies
Contribute to the production and closure of the test strategy and test phase
Provide information for test reports and results
Capitalize on changes for future reuse
Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Agile testing, especially with BDD
Familiarity with Gherkin, Xray, JIRA, Playwright, Postman, GitLab, Jenkins
Strong focus on continuous improvement and driving quality
Ability to define acceptance criteria and test with appropriate granularity
Attention to detail, collaboration, and client focus
Analytical ability and ability to manage/facilitate meetings
Master’s degree or equivalent
ISTQB certification appreciated
Experience in test automation and BDD approach required
English (communicative)
