The Lead Producer for Partnership Content and Special Projects will play a key creative role within the Athletics Department’s External Affairs team as part of the award-winning Fighting Irish Media department. This position leads all video production for partnership-driven content and collaborates closely with the Associate Athletic Director for Production, the Deputy Athletics Director for Corporate Partnerships, and the Assistant Athletics Director for Media Partnerships, Distribution & Revenue. Together, this group will ideate and deliver compelling, organic partnership and NIL multimedia campaigns that elevate the Notre Dame brand.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment—capable of overseeing multiple projects at once, navigating strict deadlines, and demonstrating exceptional time-management skills. A flexible schedule is essential, as the role requires coverage on nights, weekends, and holidays, including content capture for corporate partners and Notre Dame Global Properties at all home football games and select events across other sports.
This position also plays a key role in performance measurement, partnering with the Digital Initiatives, Data & Analytics team to track campaign effectiveness and use data-driven insights to inform strategy and reporting.
Qualifications 5+ years expert level knowledge in all aspects of video production; including but not limited to, ENG camera operation, Adobe Suite (special emphasis on Premiere Pro & After Effects), lighting, audio, and staging.
Previous experience in production of partnership video content.
Experience managing client relationships in the production of video or multimedia content.
Required materials - Production reel.
Additional Information Salary: Up to $90,000
