Paid Digital Media Buyer – Central Garden & Pet
Join our digital marketing team under the Paid Media Lead! This newly created role is ideal for someone who thrives on hands‑on campaign management, creative testing, and delivering impactful performance insights. This hybrid Atlanta office position will manage and optimize media campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok, and play a key role in reporting and operational improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage digital marketing campaigns daily, including campaign setup, configuration, budget input & pacing; identify optimization opportunities to drive performance improvements
Monitor, interpret, and act on campaign KPIs with a performance‑first mindset
Maintain current expertise on evolving ad tech and platform best practices
Evaluate performance on a weekly basis to identify high‑performing ads and surface key insights, package into reports and present results to wider team
Create presentations summarizing paid media performance and present to the marketing team, highlighting wins and opportunities for improvement
Identify inefficiencies in paid media workflows and propose solutions; implement tools or processes to improve campaign execution, reporting, and collaboration
Participate in cross‑functional initiatives and special projects
Qualifications
MUST have experience directly setting up and managing campaigns in ad platforms like Meta, Google Ads and TikTok
Strong marketing instincts and the ability to spot winning creative; solid understanding of key advertising metrics and optimization tactics
Clear communicator to simplify complexity for non‑technical stakeholders; comfortable presenting and speaking in cross‑functional settings
High attention to detail, self‑starter attitude, and proactive problem solver
Leverages AI for efficiency, augmenting abilities, and learning new skills with a pulse on the latest in paid media, trends, tools, and community knowledge
Minimum Experience & Education
BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or relevant job experience
2–3 years of hands‑on paid media experience in‑platform (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
