Job Summary The Marketing Technology & Operations Manager role is responsible for managing and optimizing our marketing and admissions technology stack while bridging technical execution with strategic alignment. Approximately 70% of the role focuses on technical implementation, including ensuring clean data flow, managing vendors, supporting paid and organic strategies, and building automated, scalable processes across all campuses. The remaining 30% involves strategic alignment, working closely with leadership to translate marketing into operational execution that drives quality inquiries from the right demographics and supports long-term enrollment goals. This position is critical in connecting the dots between vision and execution, ensuring that marketing initiatives deliver measurable impact.

A Day in the Life Systems Ownership & Optimization

Own and optimize HubSpot, GA4, GTM, Five9, Acqueon, Anthology, and related systems.

Oversee tagging, tracking, attribution, dashboards, and conversion reporting.

QA all campaigns, automations, and data flows end to end.

Troubleshoot and proactively prevent workflow issues.

Strategic Implementation

Align marketing technology with paid and organic strategies to ensure lead quality.

Translate executive-level marketing goals into actionable system configurations.

Support demographic targeting and funnel optimization for long-term growth.

Cross-Functional Operations

Oversee lead routing, speed-to-lead systems, call flows, and communication automations.

Improve consistency across 10 campuses and multiple systems.

Manage integration cleanups, migrations, and rebuilds when needed.

Manage paid media, SEO, and MarTech vendors with performance accountability.

Oversee the Digital Marketing Manager (SEO, CRO, HubSpot, web updates).

Collaborate with Admissions on routing, reporting, and funnel efficiency.

Reporting & Optimization

Develop high-quality dashboards and KPIs.

Run attribution, conversion, and funnel diagnostics.

Recommend ongoing improvements based on data and strategic goals.

Required Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

7–10 years in marketing operations, MarTech, RevOps, or growth systems.

Expert in HubSpot, GTM, GA4, and conversion tracking.

Strong understanding of lead routing, CRM hygiene, and funnel logic.

Experience with call center tools (Five9, Acqueon, or similar).

Ability to manage vendors and hold them accountable.

Strong troubleshooting mindset and detail orientation.

Desired Skills

Experience in multi-location, services, education, or admissions-driven environments.

Experience managing 1–2 team members.

Understanding of CRO, landing page tracking, and microsite analytics.

Strong project management and documentation abilities.

Familiarity with paid media strategy and demographic targeting.

Salary and Benefits

Starting salary is between $105,000 – $130,000 based on work history and educational background.

Other Important Information You Should Know Ability to Work Remotely: Remote employees must work from their designated home office and ensure secure access to company systems using company-approved VPN and multi-factor authentication (MFA). A stable, high-speed Wi-Fi connection is required; mobile hotspots or other unreliable internet sources are not permitted due to security and connectivity concerns. Company-issued devices must be locked when not in use, and any personal devices used for work must comply with company security protocols.

Work Schedules Ogle School supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility. For this role, there is a minimum 40-work week schedule, 5 days a week. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
